AFFOLAKE LEWIS
Workshop leader and choreographer
Professional dancer/teacher/choreographer. Aff has always from a very young age seen dancing as a part of her life, and in her teens decided to turn her passion into her career.
After 2 years of dance studies at Jellicoe Theatre College in Poole, she went on to earn a BA (Hons) Degree in Dance at King Alfred’s College in Winchester where she studied for three years. Aff has been working in the professional field since leaving Winchester and still continues to teach a wide variety of young people and adults, based at youth groups, schools, and other community arts organisations.
Hip Hop and RnB are Aff’s favourite dance styles and this is reflected in her teaching and choreography. She hopes to continue to inspire young people through her love of dance the way she herself was inspired.
